At H2K Defense your satisfaction and results matter.
Here’s what you need to know about our refund policies across all programs and services:

All programs and services are non-refundable following the time of purchase.

All sales are final. We have a no refund policy on our programs, products, subscriptions, and services. Because these offerings include coaching, coverage plans, subscriptions, & protocols they cannot be returned. All sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.

Using Our Services

a. Representation and Age Restriction
When you use the Services, you represent that (1) you are at least 18 years of age and a “natural person” in your country of residence, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms; (2) the information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) your use of the Service and your use of services available on the Service do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

b. General Informational Purposes Only:
H2K Defense provides the Services and the information on it or through membership and coaching, are for general informational purposes only. Our Services are not intended to provide medical, legal, commercial, financial, tax or other professional advice. Use of the information on our Services are at your own risk. Any information on the Services about prior results attained by H2K Defense or its members and program participants is not a guarantee or warranty that a similar outcome will be achieved.

c. Membership and/or Subscription Purchases:
H2K Defense provides features products or services that are offered via a subscription model. A subscription model requires regular payments to receive a product or service. The initial term of the subscription is monthly (1 month) or annually (every 12 months) depending on subscription.

We do not offer the option to revoke your subscription shortly after making your purchase as your coverage goes into effect immediately. If you elect to cancel, then your cancellation will go into effect before the next billing period.

When you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew every 1 Month or 12 months depending on the subscription. We will automatically renew your subscription using the payment method on file until you cancel your subscription. We will inform you via email of such renewals prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription via the following means:

Please note that you will no longer receive the items or services provided by the subscription on your cancellation effective date. The cancellation of the automatic renewal of your subscription will become effective immediately.

d. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By enrolling in any programs, you agree to contact our support team at info@h2kdefense.com directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed for any reason, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or revoke access to the program, including all associated content, materials, bonuses, coaching, coverage and community access, until the matter is fully resolved. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will be considered a breach of this agreement. We also reserve the right to provide proof of access, login activity, and fulfillment of services to the financial institution handling the dispute.

e. Change To Refund Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Refund Terms at any time. We will notify you immediately of making any changes to these Terms by posting the updated terms of service to this website.
